Contemplation Again!

JJE Thoroughbreds' Contemplation (pictured above) won his second race of the season over the weekend, with a cozy victory at Laurel Park.

Ridden by Angel Cruz, Contemplation got into a bit of scrimmaging leaving the gate and was well back for the first half of the five and a half furlong sprint. But he flew down the stretch to win by 1 and 1/2 lengths at the wire.

This five-year-old son of Street Boss (bred by Godolphin), Contemplation has been a great servant for the barn over the years. This was his sixth career victory. He's already amassed nearly $175,000 in earnings. And he sure doesn't look finished yet!
