Double Delight!

The past week has been a super one for the stable. A winner last weekend and a winner Today!

Last weekend at Colonial Downs, Rock Brothers Racing's Americandreammaker won her third start in a row (and her fifth career win overall), when making short thrift of the field in the $25,000 claiming race at Colonial Downs. This was her first start for the stable.

Americandreammaker was subsequently claimed out of the yard.

At Colonial Downs again today, Speedway Stables and Stone Farm's exciting three-year-old colt Compatriot stepped up on his debut last month to put in a thoroughly professional performance over 6 and 1/2 on the dirt.

This son of Curlin has taken a while to come together. But he clearly possesses an engine, and it'll be a treat to watch where his career goes from here.
