Weekend Update!

After the fireworks of last weekend (Think Big's super win the G3 Kelso), the stable's great form continued on into the week, with a couple lovely performances at Colonial Downs and Delaware Park.
On Wednesday, Dixiana Farms' Conch Fried Rice broke her maiden in eye-catching style when putting nearly eight lengths between her and the runner up at Delaware Park, Carol Cedeno on top.
This was an important victory for the well-bred daughter of American Pharoah, who showed more than enough to suggest that she can build off of this victory.
Yesterday at Colonial Downs, DARRS Inc's Frost Mountain (a Godolphin homebred) gave a really good account of himself to claim his second career victory, seeing out the race well under Francisco Arrieta to win by 1 and 1/2 lengths.
Frost Mountain's out of Tizaqueena, who Mike trained to win the 2009 G2 Churchill Distaff Turf Mile Stakes, and the 2010 g3 Arlington Matron Stakes (among several other nice victories).
It's nice to keep it in the family!
