Weekend Update!

The last 30 days have proven a rip-roaring period for the stable thanks to the graded stakes winning performances of Maycocks Bay and Luv Your Neighbor.

The Stidham stable's looking to see out the month in the same fine fashion with two shots at the $150,000 Christiana Stakes at Delaware Park tomorrow, War Belle (pictured above) and Making Daisys.

On the Morning Line at least, War Belle has the slightly stronger claims in this 1 and 1/8th mile race on the turf. Julio Hernandez takes the mount on the 6-1 shot, who's drawn 6 of 8.

This 3-year-old daughter of War of Will has been steadily improving all year, after making her debut back in January. A really smashing victory last time out at Delaware Park stamped her as a filly that definitely warrants a step up in grade.

With Carol Cedeno on top, Making Daisys is drawn 4 in the Christiana Stakes. And while she's a 12-1 shot on the Morning Line, that does seem rather generous, considering she has a similar profile to her stablemate.

After a couple nice runs at the back-end of last year, Making Daisys returned this year with two authoritative victories at Colonial Downs and Laurel Park.

Those runs were for Wesley Ward. Making Daisys is making her stable debut tomorrow, and don't be surprised to see these two young Stidham-trained fillies prove in the end to be pretty closely matched.

Here's the rest of the weekend entries, per Equibase:
