What an Honor!

Speedway Stables, long-time loyal supporters of the yard, enjoyed a lovely win earlier in the week, courtesy of Honor Bright (pictured above) at Presque Isle Downs.
This expensive two-year-old daughter of Quality Road really stepped up from her debut at Delaware last month, when she finished a fair fourth.
This time, Honor Bright tucked in right behind the leaders before jockey Scott Spieth brought her with a sustained run down the home straight, drawing away to win by two lengths.
Out of the multiple graded-stakes winning Justwhistledixie, Honor Bright was a $850,000 purchase at last year's Keeneland September sales, and judging by Monday's performance, the connections have a young filly with a very bright future indeed on their hands.
And now for the weekend's entries, per Equibase:

Juris Doctor - Race 6, Maiden Special Weight
Sunday
